Dr. Melvaughn Thompson, journey has and continues to thrive though government control and some individual institution leaderships that tried to keep her down and in line. She through fortitude has acted in alignment with her values, beliefs, and push toward completions through positive motives. Dr. Thompson authenticity has always been to support self-awareness, introspection, and courage to be different. Even when she deviated from societal norms that wanted her to stay-in-expectant norms.  With continuing to let go of needs for external acceptance, Dr. Thompson, continues to be that delegator through her sounding voice. In her own human imperfections and flaws she always presses on.  As before, Dr. Thompson continues to embrace instinct, gut feelings, thinking and thinkers, as being of worth and valuable people that are positive sources in change and growth.
